Earlier this way, my dad has said that he wanted to take us somewhere overseas this school holiday season because well, we've never been overseas before as a family.
I think the only time we've been overseas was when we were in England....but since Anis and I were both born there and the 4 younger ones weren't born yet at that time, I don't think that counted. And we came back when I was five, so I barely remember how it was like in England.
So since this year might be the last year before Anis goes to college and has a screwed-up calendar like I did when I was in HELP, and since I'm free during this summer holidays (because I'm planning on doing an internship during next year's summer holidays), my dad decided to take us for an overseas trip this year, and after much thinking, we decided to go to Hong Kong and my dad wanted to take us to Shenzhen, too.
That was in September.
But, even after looking through so many leaflets and brochures and calling all travel agencies, my parents still hadn't finalise anything.
Suddenly, today, my mum announced today that she has confirmed with the travel agency and we're going to Hong Kong on December 4th! I am so thrilled!
We're going to Hong Kong Disneyland and then we're going to Shenzhen in China! And best of all, it's a Muslim package thingy, so we don't have to worry about food! Phew!
So now I am counting the days till we're going to Hong Kong! Yay! ^_^
But it's really ironic that we actually decided to go overseas during the Visit Malaysia Year. Huh.
Oh well. I'm going to Hong Kong!!!!!!!! =D

A stalker is me.
Fell in love with Tori Amos' A Sorta Fairytale song today. Totally loving it! Wonder why I've never heard of it before...
I don't know why but I felt like a stalker last night. It happened accidentally, though.
There's this guy, yea, that I kinda look at when I'm in Monash. I first saw him when he was one of our Buddies during my Monash orientation in February and I've since dub him my "Cute Buddy". But he's just like an eye candy that I will look at whenever I see him. I don't go out of my way to see him la. And my Monash friends don't think he's that cute, anyways. I don't think he's that good looking also, but like I've said to my school friends, Monash lack good-looking guys.
The thing is right, I kinda think he notices that sometimes I look at him. But then kan, I don't go seeking for him but we just end up at the same place coincidentally la. Like the time when I went for the Muse concert, I saw him there. And that day, when I was walking to my car with Ara, I just so happened to be walking behind him. And by the way, I didn't know anything about my stalkee (since I'm a stalker, he shall be my "stalkee", kinda like employer and employee....hehehe) the whole time I was in Monash.
But last night, I was bored, so I logged onto Facebook (which I have been doing quite frequently these past weeks....) and I looked through the Monash group to see if there were any friends of mine that I could add up. And then when i was browsing through, suddenly I saw this picture of a face that looked familiar. And I was like, "Hey, this kinda looks like my Cute Buddy...." and so when I clicked on his profile....
...oh yeah, it was my stalkee alright.
So now I know my stalkee's name, which country he's from (he's not local), know he finishes the same year as I do, but I dunno his age cause the boy didn't put his birthday there. And suddenly I felt like a total stalker, like that cousin of mine. Hahaha.
So yeah, it is kinda weird finding out about the guy accidentally through Facebook like that. Hahaha.

Today I went out with Zaty for the trillionth time since she finished A-Levels to watch Stardust at MBO.I liked it a lot because it was so funny! I haven't watched a movie in ages (I think the last one I watched was Knocked Up, and even that was like 2 months ago) so it was fun watching this movie.
So after the movie, Zaty and I went for lunch at Great Eastern Mall cause we couldn't find anywhere toeat park at Ampang Point, so I was like let's just go to Great Eastern and eat at Cozy House. I mean, parking in Great Eastern is like free for the first hour and only RM1 for the second hour, so it wasn't so bad. I had the Kung Fu kuay teow (God, I need to learn how to spell it right) cause I have not had any in such a long time. The service wasn't bad and the food came fast! I felt so bloated after the meal!
After lunch and going on a detour to Cold Storage, we stopped by my house before I sent her back cos I had to send Anis to tuition. While we were waiting for Anis to get ready to go to tuition, Zaty was "entertained" by the rambunctious bunch that are also known as my siblings. They just love sucking up to people. Cis.
So after sending Anis, the 15-minute drive to Zaty's house became a 30-minute drive. I was a bit the annoyed la. Outside Zaty's house, I got so geram cause she has like all these really fat cats that are so gebu and gemuk that it made me want to squeeze them tightly. I took pictures of them:

I so want to squish them. Such morbid thoughts I have. And because of my stubbornness and persistence on touching them, my eyes got watery like an hour after i played with the cats cause the cats triggered my allergy. Sheesh. Luckily the itchiness went away after a while. Despite my allergies, I really do like cats....all of a sudden I feel like I want a kitten! :-(
Anyone can spare me one?

Freedom.....what's not to like about it? =D
Currently listening to - Roxette - Listen To Your Heart. *Heard the song on the radio last week and was reminded of how I used to love, love, love this version of the song*
I've finished my exams! Happy happy joy joy! (OK, that's a bit lame, but yeah.....happy happy joy joy! =D )
I am now free for the next three months. Just now, when I came back after my paper, I could finally pick up a storybook without actually feeling guilty because I haven't studied! And it felt sooooo good to be reading a storybook! I haven't touched a storybook in ages! Guess I'm savouring my so-called freedom.
Ohhh, I'm going to Zarith's open house this weekend! I can't wait because I haven't seen her in ages....I think the last time I saw her was last year! Man, time sure flies. Talking about how time flies, I can't believe I've been in Monash for 9 months already. Wow. If I was pregnant when I started in Monash, I would have burst by now. Hihi. ;-)
Now, I have to start planning the units I'm going to take for my second and third year by the 26th of this month because everyone has to re-enrol by then. It is quite the annoying, because if you don't plan your units properly, you might just end up staying back for another semester and paying for another semester, which is such a waste.
I'm supposed to go out with Zaty on Thursday, but I hope we could reschedule to tomorrow cause I just remembered that Thursday's Deepavali! My dad confirm nak bawak keluar pegi his friends' houses. Haih. I will definitely serbu the murukku that day!
I don't know why, but I've been having like weird dreams lately. Can't remember what they were about exactly, but I know it was like really nice at the beginning and then just when I thought everything was peachy, the dream will turn into a nightmare sometime near when I'm about to wake up. It's like my brain is saying, "Wake up, woman. Face reality". See, even my brain doesn't like me.
Sudden random thought: I feel like making stuffed mushrooms. Haha. Totally random, I know. And I suddenly have this craving to eat tom yam. Weird food cravings I'm having.
I feel a bit peckish suddenly....so I shall now go scout for food. Tata, people.

I've had THREE PAPERS this past week.
I felt so suffocated. It was definitely worse than SPM. And A-Levels.
Dah lah all the papers susah. Blargh. Lucky my last paper next Tuesday! I can at least take a short breather!
So, after my Business Law paper yesterday morning, I had to de-stress, so Zaty, Nat and I went to the Eye On Malaysia.
And it wasn't that special. Seriously. But KL looked pretty la from up there.
And oh yeah, since there were only 3 of us,and the thing can fit like 6 people, these 2 Chinese girls joined us on the gondola.
The best part is, they were a couple. As in, a couple. They didn't make it obvious, but there were some subtle things that my friends and I noticed about them. It was quite cute, once you get used to it...and they were nice la.
And oh, by the way, I managed to run over my MyKad and dent the chip. The best part was, there was only a small dent around the chip area while everywhere else was okay. So i had to spend like 3 hours today in the JPN office in Melawati to make a new one. Yeesh.
And last Sunday, I did something totally impulsive. I read in the papers that this company, MSIG, was organising a Sudoku competition. So i menggatal la check out the site. And then I found out that the last date for the Sudoku registration is on the 31st, which was yesterday, so I just filled in the registration form la.
So guess what? Today I checked out the site, and lo and behold, I am registered for the competition, which is on the 18th of this month at One Utama. So, right now, I actually have a chance of winning RM1500. But I dunno wei. Tiba-tiba macam takut la pulak.
So I guess after my final paper next week, I shall be doing Sudoku puzzles everyday?
See, this is why I hate being impulsive. Didn't even think about this thing over properly.
Wish me luck for my paper and the competition!

Raya+exam post
I think this will be my last post before my exams start in 10 days time. I've been studying like mad this past week, and I'll be studying until exam starts on Monday the 29th. I'm so tired. Blargh.
Ohhh, I spent raya at PD this year and not in Kelantan. Again. But we had so much fun! Even though now my face is like peeling because of the sunburn and I gained so much weight. Urgh. But the highlight of the trip was when we all went karaoke-ing last Sunday. We were only supposed to use the room for 2 hours, from 9 to 11, but we ended up using the room until like quarter past 12. The older kids (including yours truly) were actually a bit reluctant to go karaoke-ing. I mean, really...karaoke-ing with your parents and uncles are not exactly how we want to spend our vacation. But it ended up being SOOOO MUCH FUNNNN!!!! Everyone became tak betul that night. Dah la we were all sunburnt, and everyone had red noses, so we kinda ended up looking like drunks. And the fact that we were melalak-ing for 3 hours just enforced that perception. I posted some of the videos that we got of the night on Youtube (not like anyone's going to watch it anyways), so take a look:
Singing lagu raya!
Singing Kau Ilhamku....
My dad and my uncle singing Bujang Lapuk....I still can't believe they did that!
Oh, this is a video of my uncle and my cousin lighting up fireworks at my grandparents house last Tuesday. The fireworks were so pretty! =)
