We arrived in Scotland at the end of Day 6, and when we arrived at Duns, where we were staying, I was quite apprehensive cause it was like a freaking ghost town there. They were barely any cars, and the locals were gawking at us like we were some kind of aliens.
You know those scenes in slasher flicks where you have the ignorant fools going to some unknown, quaint town that's off the map and the locals just stare at you whenever you walk by? Oh yeah. I felt that way when we got there.
