I was browsing through my past posts and then I saw this pic, and I JUST HAD TO REPOST IT.

It was obviously photoshopped, but still, ROFLMAO.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I read this quote by a guy called Daniel J. Boorstin:

"Education is learning what you didn't even know you didn't know. "

Now, ain't that the truth?

And Oh My God at THIS:
"
Any girl can be glamorous. All you have to do is stand still and look stupid."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
I'm happy I was never a popular kid back in school, cause it gave me a chance to grow into the person that I am now, without people scrutinising my every move.

Yeah, very random thought.

Lol. =)

Omg. I just remembered that I read this funny post somewhere and it was so hilarious cause I feel like it's so true, especially when I look at my cats.

The Cat's Diary

Day 983 of My Captivity

My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength.

The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet. Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates my capabilities. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a "good little hunter" I am. Bastards!

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the power of "allergies." I must learn what this means, and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow, but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches. The dog receives special privileges. He is regularly released, and seems to be more than willing to return. He is obviously retarded. The bird must be an informant. I observe him communicate with the guards regularly. I am certain that he reports my every move. My captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so he is safe. For now ...

It's funny, right???? And you can just imagine the cats thinking like that.

Oh, by the way, I found it funny that people were shocked that I was actually studying in Monash during the break. I mean, it's a bit of give and take la.

You study for three hours, and then you rest for three days. Fair enough, right? Lol.

Right now I wanna go read those Archie comics that my sisters bought. Hmmm, I used to remember the time when I had a shelf full of Archie comics. Wow, those were good times. Lol. I wonder what happened to my Archie collection...

Okiedokes, I'm off. Nitenite, people. =)

When I grow up.

I've been pestering my dad for a new car for a long time cause anyone who's been in my Vitara lately would know how kesian my car is.

So anyways, when my dad asked me what sort of car I want, I said I want a car that's tall, if it was possible, cause tall cars are so much better to drive.

The thing is right, the cars that fit my criteria like the Kia Sportage and Suzuki SX4 are all in the RM 90,000 range and my dad's conditions for a new car is that once I start working, I'll have to take over the loan payments. Which is fair enough, since it's going to be MY CAR anyways.

So anyhow, I was looking at the brochures for the cars and the price list and what-nots and I was looking at how much the loan repayment is a month for these cars. If i were to take a 9-year loan, the loan repayment would be around RM900+ per month.

So I did some calculations. Say if I could (optimistically) get around RM2,400 or Rm2,500 for my first job, after deducting the tax that I have to pay and the monthly loan repayment, I'll only be left with about RM1,000 for my monthly expenses. What the hell. And that doesn't include the money for petrol and parking and emergency nonsense. -___-

So now, unless I can find a first job that pays me like RM4,000 (which is almost impossible), I think I have to forego that dream of a tall car and just consider of buying a cheaper car for myself if I were to have more disposable income during my first few years of working life. Haih. I hate it when reality sets in.

Never mind. I'm still young. There's still plenty of time for me to get a nice car once I'm settled in the working force but, urgh. Work. NOT looking forward to that.

My weekend =)

Me, with my date for the Monash Ball. Yep, my sister was my plus one that night. Hahahaha.

I had fun that night. But the food sucked. More pics on Facebook. So malas to put here. Lol.

Oh, today, I got to meet Ine again after 8 months. =) So happy that she's back from Sydney.

So anyways, I went over to Ine's house in Rawang with Yana, and we were so proud of ourselves that we managed to get to her house without getting lost cause neither one of us has driven to Rawang before, and we were totally dependent on Ine's directions and the road signs. Lol. And I guess it helped that I take particular notice of landmarks and stuff when I drive.

Basically Ine only invited the two of us, and her sister invited like 5 friends of hers, and hence there was a LOT of yummy food there. Yana and I ended up stuffing our faces with roti jala that Ine's mum made, AND barbecued chickens, sausages and meats that the sister's friends made.

Oh yeah. I felt like such a glutton. Oh, did I mention I had an ice-cream, too? Lol.

It was so nice catching up with her, though. And we took loads of pictures, but unfortunately the pictures in my camera didn't turn out so well. But these are some of the pictures that we took:

Yeah, you can only take random pictures like this when you're with your close friends. =)

Funny thing is, we weren't even close the last few years of high school. And it's ironic how the supposedly close friends of ours in high school are more like acquintances now, rather than good friends. Oh well, c'est la vie, no?

And the best part is, they're not judgemental. =)

I know I'm being paranoid, but think I'm being judged by my hair now. Please la. I'm still the same person okay. If you knew me then, you'd still know me now.

My raya

I'm so happy cause I had loads of yummy food these past few days. GEMUK LA SAYA MACAM NI. Haih. And I'm also happy cause I got loads of duit raya this year!!!!! =D

The family portrait from the first day:

And a video of my dad tricking us into thinking he was taking a picture. You can hear him laughing loudly at the end:

Us in black & white on the second day. Thank God we didn't end up looking like mourners. Lol.

My dad took this candid video while we were getting ready for the pictures:

Seems like my dad has discovered the VIDEO button on the camera and is using it to its full potential. -___- Hahahahahaha.

My class starts tomorrow. How sad. Even my dad, the heart doctor, has the whole week off. HOW BLOODY UNFAIR.
